Responsibilities
- Assists in the day-to-day operation of the entire network.
- Assists network team with configuration and maintenance of company networking resources.
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows workstations, servers, printers, copiers and scanners.
- Diagnoses and resolves software and hardware incidents, including Windows operating systems, across a range of software applications.
- Takes ownership of issues by implementing temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the user as soon as possible; escalating incidents to other team members if necessary.
- Responsible for setup, maintenance, upgrading and rollout of user workstations.
- Maintains up-to-date user account configurations and related security access procedures for both the network and key fob security systems.
- Creates and maintains relevant support documentation in order to assist users in the quick resolution of incidents and to enable users to become more self-sufficient.
- Keeps current with technology growth and advancements of both software and hardware.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish)
