Responsibilities
- Collaborate with QA team members, and across departments as needed, to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on product failures using both experimental and analytical methods.
- Identify and disposition appropriate corrective and preventative actions, and follow them through the validation process.
- Produce reports as needed to analyze and address trends in company objectives and KPIs.
- Coordinate and control the company response to customer complaints, and grow relationships with customers through collaborative efforts.
- Provide technical support both internally and externally, to customers, receiving inspection, final inspection, and manufacturing.
- Ensure that products and processes adhere to company quality policy and guidelines.
- Develop and implement new SOPs, WIs, and company standards as needed to ensure successful implementation of the company’s Quality Management System.
- Support the company’s internal audit system and external third party audits, including AS9100, and customer on-site surveys.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years work experience in related field.
- Excellent problem-definition, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn other database programs.
- Proficient in English and able to compose written documents for dissemination to upper management, suppliers and customers.
Preferred
- Experience with ISO 9001/AS9100 requirements and auditing.
- Experience with CAPA, RCCA, 8D
- Experience with the electrical and mechanical aspects of RF coaxial connectors, components, and cable assemblies.
